Decor Flooring and Finishing LLC, with its location at 2394 E Lenox, CT, Eagle, ID 83616, is hiring two (2)  flooring installers. These positions involve the following: Preparation of the flooring for installation that will include leveling and shaving. Installation will include various flooring materials, including hardwood, laminate, LVP. The employee will be required to use equipment such as table saws, mitre saws, pneumatic guns, drills, hammers. The employee will be measuring boards for cutting and areas for install. 24 months of work experience required.

Work is to begin May 15, 2025 and the ending date is December 31, 2025.

Work will be in Eagle, Idaho. Worker will be a temporary full-time worker. Employee’s expected daily schedule will be from 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m, Monday through Saturday.

Employees will be paid $21.87 per hour. A single work week will be used for computing wages due. Should worker require overtime pay, the overtime pay rate will be $32.81 per hour. Paychecks will be issued every other week, on a Friday. The Employer will make all deductions from the worker’s paycheck that are required by law. The Employer will facilitate housing by helping workers find housing (OPTIONAL). Workers will receive training an orientation when they arrive to the job.

As applicable, the employer will reimburse in the first work week all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, as mandated by the government and not exceeding the mandated reimbursements. The employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job.

If the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, employer will reimburse the worker for transportation and subsistence. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay for employee’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable provided at a rate of $15.88  per day during travel to a maximum of $59.00 per day with receipts.
